1992 Magna Repaint

Yahoo Message Number: 85962
Our 1992 Magna had started peeling all the clear coat, where there were no graphics, literally anywhere there was white. We considered purchasing a 2000 40' Affinity, but with the bad economy, it was not a smart move.
We solicited a number of quotes and were very discouraged with the aspect of paying anywhere from 60-80% of the coach value to repaint.
While attending the Harisburg Homecoming, we met another owner who had just had their later 90's motorhome repainted. They were gracious enough to give us the painter and local phone number. We met with John Moody, the painter in Eugene, and made arrangments to have it repainted.
We were put in touch with his graphic artist, and after viewing hundreds of paint schemes on the internet, we finally decided what we wanted. This is a hard decision, going from a graphic to actual paint, especially when you live over 500 miles away, while the job is being done.
Finally we were able to take delivery. Whow! I actually feel that the 10K that we paid will add more than that to the value of our past peeling Coach.
Painter website is currently being changed over as John had recently purchased the company. http://www.willyscustomconcepts.net/index.html

Larry, I agree, what a difference. It looks amazing! There might be hope for my old Magna yet.

sorry didn't see yhour earlier post.

Under normal conditions it is a 5-6 week time frame.

The price is now 14K, but still worth it.
