Replacing Backup Monitor...how to remove the dashboard?

The service guys here are concerned about how to remove the dashboard and get at the monitor because everything else is attached to the board. There isn't anything in the documentation about how to access the back of the dashboard.

I don't want them to screw it up, but I NEED a new monitor.
