Generator exhaust pipe hanger

The exhaust pipe hanger for my Power Tech generator broke. I have tied it up with bailing wire, so for now all is fine. Where do I get a replacement? It is a very different design, something I have never seen before.

Just take off the hanger and take it to Napa Auto parts. My hanger dried up and the rubber broke. Napa had the exact replacement.
