Dometic DuoTherm Behavior

The blower on my front Dometic duotherm knocked off a few months ago. It sounded like the compressor was running (or trying to start) but no air. Long story short I took the mh to a local shop where they replaced the fan motor.
I have it back and everything works, but now, with the unit set to heat pump or cool; and the fan in auto, it starts normally, but doesn't run very long before the compressor shuts off and the fan seems to switch to high for a few seconds before it too shuts down. Two or three minutes later the cycle repeats.
Like I said, it heats and cools fine, it just cycles often and the behavior of the fan is odd.

Anyone know what's going on?
