CLEAR COAT

I've read a few post regarding this issue! I'm trying to avoid having to re Clear Coat the entire coach! I have a few minor spots where the clear coat is peeling away! Does anybody have a DIY'er quick fix for this?

Also, I understand that the roof while fiberglass, does not have a Clear Coat finish? Is this true? There is a small portion on the side top portion of the roof where it has turned brown! My guess is that the previous owner might have tried to add some type of finish like a lacquer finish! Id'ed like to clean this up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
