How to determine value of 87 40' CC

My son in law has a 1987 40' Country Coach.
He is thinking of selling it.

He asked me what I thought he could get for it.
I asked what model it was. He did not know and can't find any indication.
I looked on Nada Guides and saw 3 40' models, a bus conversion and two others.
The bus value was $25,000 the other two were under $5,000.
He said his grandpa bought it new and custom for $350,000.

How do you tell what it is and what it might be worth.
