location of coach Serial Number

Hello to All. Why would i really think the coach serial # would be on the dash. Lol. Well anyway I cant locate it and would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction so the DW can quite laughing. Of course she doesnt know either.

If by serial number you mean coach number, mine is listed with all other pertinent info on the inside of the medicine chest door.

Ours was on the fact sheet in the inside of a vanity mirror door. Included lots of info, including the engine serial and other build related data. I think I also recall others saying it was on the inside of a closet or bedroom closet door...

I had seen the medicine cabinet paper postings but since I have brought the coach in from out of state the Tag Agency will have to do a physical inspection to confirm the vin# to my paperwork. Question is will they accept the medicine cabinet paper or will they demand a fixed metal plate? OJinOK

My coach also has the VIN in two other locations.
Look at the wall left of the drivers seat down low close to the floor. Not easy to see but it should be there.
Also look at the edge of the entry door just below the latch. I have the VIN there also.

I might also add the Country Coach serial number is also on a decal on the outside of the coach just to the left of the entry door.

I don't think I've seen mention of the metal plate, riveted to the frame inside of the front left tire, about the 10 o'clock position of the tire on my coach. Hardest part may be making out the numbers viewing them from outside the tire looking between the tire and the fender. When I went to our Department of Motor Vehicles to register the coach they wanted to see THAT fixed plat for verification of the number.

I must once more thank you all for the info leading to the various locations of fixed VIN#. My lady Inspector was more than happy To accept the paper bar code and VIN attached to the edge of entry door.
