Country Coaches selling like hotcakes!

I've been keeping an eye out for used Country Coaches for sale, and I see a lot of them sold. In the Phoenix area, there have been 4 sold just in the last couple of months, and CC has sold several of their coaches as well. Typically, the coaches that are reasonably prices go pretty fast, while the overpriced ones stay for sale. I've noticed there is a huge difference in asking price--I've seen $100k difference in the asking price in both Affinitys and Allures. And not all can be attributed to condition. We looked at a Magna in Laughlin in December that was overpriced by a good $100k compared to similar coaches for sale, and it was trashed out. But I think the word may be getting around about the CC quality!

We have an excellent 2001 Intrigue for around the low $70's. Under 40,000 miles. 2 slides. I hope your observations are correct.
And our price includes a HHR and tow gear.

Well I hope your observations are correct. I have an 01 intrigue 40ft Cummins I am selling in the 60's. I feel like I am giving it away at that price.

Charlie,

I'm sorry, but we are looking at a coach no older than 2005. I wish you good luck selling it--don't forget CC are the best coaches on the market, and we just have to spread the word!

I know what you mean! With some of the amounts offered for our coach on a trade, I've felt like slapping the salesman! In my totally unbiased opinion, there is no new coach we have looked at for less than $400k that holds a candle to ours!

Does anyone have an idea what a 2204 Intrigue, 4 slides, loaded, heated tile floors, 525 Cat with only 51,000 miles would be worth?

Thanks,

DBradley

Check your NADA book. You may be able to pull it up online.

You must have an early 2005--NADAguides does not list a 4-slide Intrigue for that year. The top of the line for 2004 shows $147k low retail and $170k, but it depends on which model.

No, we ordered it in Dec of 03 and took delivery in Feb of 04. It is a 2004 coach.

I bought one of those four.. my first class A my first CC, I had NO IDEA how wonderful it was to be. Loving it. Complete quality. A few of the things the salesman said came up short, but I found it, we liked it it bought it and hit the road the next day. Second day out we parked next to one of the others sold there two days before us.. We are using it to drive the wife around the country teaching and living in it.
