Circuit Issue??

We have a 2002 Intrigue. When plugged into 50 Amp service, only "every other row" of our breakers (in the bedroom cabinet) will work.

Therefore, we cannot run both air conditioners at the same time.
If we switch the breakers (I assume this means moving one of the units to Circuit 1), then the AC unit will work. So, I can get the front unit to work but not the back. Switch the breakers around and the back will work but not the front --- this is important, because it means my units work just fine....but they won't work at the same time.
I may be way off calling them Circuits, but it seems to me there is something in the "brain" of the coach which says if there is not enough power, then shut down Circuit 2 and only operate Circuit 1. When there is enough power, the brain says run both circuits. However, I have tried 50 Amp services at different parks and cannot get both AC units to work at the same time.

Please let me know if you can help.

Do you have a volt meter to check voltages? Good tool to have and learn how to use.
Since you experienced the problem at several RV parks, I will assume that the problems is a broken wire, connection, circuit breaker or bad relay contact somewhere between the 50A plug and the circuit panel.
On a 50A circuit, the voltage measured between the two energized lines should be approximately 240 volts Or 120V from either circuit leg to ground/neutral (while wires).
Does your coach have a powered cord winder with a bad brush connection?

Does your SurgeGuard show voltage on L1 and L2 (lights on)?
Does the transfer switch have voltage on the input terminals? Output terminals?
Does the circuit breaker panel have voltage on both lines going into the main circuit panel 50A breaker? How about out of the main 50A two-pole breaker?
Without 240V between the even and odd rows of your breaker panel (L1 and L2), then the EMS (Energy Management System) may think that you are connected to 30A 120V circuit, and try to shed power to certain circuits (2nd AC, Dryer, Electric element in water heater, etc).

If I'm reading this correctly, you have a bad breaker. Got to your local electrical store, take a breaker with you and buy a new one. Home Depot and Lowe's usually have all the types.

My fuses are mounted in the cabinet where the inverter and power guard are. Each fuse is 30amps. They are big not like automotive fuses at least on my coach.

A 50 amp service is a 240/120 volt single phase 4 wire service. It consists of 2 hot legs. one neutral leg and a ground wire. There is 240 volts between the two hot legs and 120 volts between each hot leg and the neutral. It connects to the coach via two 50 amp tandem operated breakers located in the AC power distribution panel. If there were any 30 amp fuses/breakers in the incoming supply circuit it would not be a 50 amp service.

My fuses are mounted in the cabinet where the inverter and power guard are. Each fuse is 30amps. They are big not like automotive fuses at least on my coach.
