No A/C to Frig

I recently had the Amish/Pines cooling unit installed in my NorCold 1200. I have a NO AC error code. I checked to make sure the AC plug is in, fuse OK, breaker OK. It works on LP OK. Would appreciate any ideas on what to do next.

Have you verified AC voltage, with a meter or other AC device, at the outlet?

Ok - sounds like you checked the basics...But check the outlet that the refer plugs into with a tester of some sort - (ie, light, drill, hair dryer) and verify that you have power there. If not then figure out why, is the breaker tripped or still off from when work was being done. It could be that the elements aren't plugged into the board or plugged onto the board wrong. Double check the schematic and make sure the heat elements are installed onto the board correctly - it's a total of 4 wires, 2 from each element. I'm not sure top of my head if that's the code when this happens, but it won't work if it's wired wrong - that I do know!
