I have purchased an Epson XP 800 Small-in-one printer. It is a full function all in one in a smaller package. (15.5w x 13.5D[when not in use, the paper receiving tray has to be extended during use] x 8h) $279 Best Buy
The important feature is that it can be connected to the internet the same way you would connect your computer. When this is done, you can print remotely (and wirelessly) from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You can also establish an email account "your name"@.... Email sent to this account will be automatically printed on your printer including attachments from any of the major formats.
If you have little need for a printer but when you need it you need it, this offers a solution by allowing you to store it somewhere else (like on top of the bedroom dresser) instead of a cord length from your computer.

Scanned photos can be sent directly to your cloud account.

Might have to have one of those! I have a small printer but it has to sit on the table with my laptop and it doesn't scan. I also like the email to print feature.

Yes, we have the EpsonXP-600 with the same features you mentioned. It is a very nice printer for the MH, or house too.
