New to me; 2004 Allure, 40',

at the base of the front dash board, a small sensor appears to monitor motion after alarm is set using the CrimeStopper remote fob...anyone have any info on how this operates?

thanks for the help

Dan,

Yep. A motion detector. There is a switch under the dash to the right of the steering wheel that controls alarm function. One side of the switch is includes the motion detector for use when you are out of the coach. The other way turns off the motion detector for when you are inside the coach.
Or, you can do what we did before I found the switch. Lean a book up against the motion detector so the you can move around. The switch is better.

It is especially not good when you leave the motion detector on, leave your Schnauzer in the coach, set the alarm and leave.

I guess that we need to learn how to use this new nasty format in the Yahoo world. Everything gets posted at least 2 times. We used to be able to delete all of the other posts and just add our own.

What gives?
