1995 Intrigue Purchase

My brother is looking purchasing 1995 36' Intrigue.
Any issues he should be looking for?

Age and condition of coolant and hydraulic hoses, tires, shocks, rubber bushings in the chassis. Make sure everything works on thhouse and chassis side.

Also the rust/condition of the steel framework for the body, particularly the outer rails under the storage compartments and under the generator & LP tank & batteries & steps. My 1998 was completely rotted away when I got it, the steps had fallen off and the LP tank & generator were about to.
The good news is it is a fairly simple & straightforward (although time consuming) repair for a medium-skilled welder. I did mine myself.
