I have a 2004 inspire. I've had this coach for two years and have had that problem since I bought it. I believe that is there by design. You have weep holes at the bottom of the window to allow condensation to go outside. Sometimes these small holes get plugged with dirt, etc and will have water to puddle as well. I took a small wire and cleaned out the hole but you are probably going to have to live with the small air leak. Kevin Waite may have a better answer, eh Kevin?

I had the same sound and it turned out I had lost one of the scoops that cover the weep holes, took one off one of the other window and put it on and

Ed If you are missing any of the wind deflectors, you can get them here. I had to get 8 there is a difference (left & right) plus I used silicone across the top to hold them in place. All quiet now.

I lost one of the window weep hole cover on the drivers window and what a noise it made. I also had water build up in the window channel at the lowest point of the inside window channel. I found there were no holes in that part of the channel and any water that managed to get by the toll window would collect there. My solution was to silicone around the channel where the toll window was so that water could not run down the channel and would use the holes in the toll window to drain out the weep holes.

My 04 Inspire had the same problem. I found the rubber seal around the inside of the frame can be moved with a small screwdriver which corrected mine.
