Premier RV and Storage in Junction City, OR

We would like to give Premier RV in Junction City, Oregon a big compliment for their first class customer service. We bought our 2007 Magna from them last spring. When we had some adjustments and repairs done everybody at Premier RV went the extra mile literally. Louie offer to come and pick up our coach since he was on his way back from Portland. It was about a 20 miles detour but very much appreciated by us. Thank you Premier RV for your first class company.

We have also received great service, most recently they fixed what a truck repair shop could not. They are reasonably priced and always do a little extra. It's nice to know great service comes after a great buying experience.

I too am a big fan of Premier. I bought my first CC, an '05 Inspire, from Susan when she was at Guaranty. Not very pleased with the service at Guaranty, I took it to CC (before bankruptcy) and was also disappointed. I discovered Premier when Susan called me to tell me she had moved. When I was in the market for my Magna, I found Premier's selection to be better than anywhere else on the west coast. She and Louie helped me select my current '06 Magna and Susan sold my Inspire on consignment. They were willing to deal with all of my petty nits that I insisted on picking concerning things on the Magna before delivery. Fixed them all! I've since had all of my service work done there and Gary has been a pleasure to work with. He even helped my hassle US Warranty out of the new radiator for the Inspire before I sold it. I also store the Magna with them when I'm not using it and it is cleaned and ready to go when I arrive. A great group of people who deserve a look by anyone in the market for a CC or in the area and in need of service/repairs.

Dave - what a great note and testament to these great folks......I couldn't agree more....and I tell everyone when talking about someone possibly purchasing a coach, to talk to Premier in J.C. first for guidance and an honest business deal. They are the best in the business....I bought my first Country Coach in California and I thought their service was very good until I purchased my second Country Coach from Premier in JC - the integrity, courtesy, professionalism, and desire to please the customer is always apparent, and always appreciated by me that's for sure.

I will jump on the Premier bandwagon...awesome team of service and sales people. We bought our 03 Magna from these guys and traveled back east nine states to bring it home. There is no place like it east of the Mason-Dixon Line for a CC as we looked for over a year. Highly recommend Gary Obermire an. Damon.
