Arthur, I just checked the CC Website and it is working just fine.
You may have caught it during a maintenance period.

We were just in Junction City. Plants #10, 11 and 12 are for sale. The old customer care building is not a shop for Lees street rod business. Locals are predicting that it is not likely that Country Coach will ever come back people have moved on.

My question is, Why? Did they spend a large amount of money for the Intellectual property at the auction of Country Coach?

Bob Lee paid $176,000 for the intellectual property. Not a lot of money in the overall scheme of things. Ron Lee is the one who was quoted as wanting to build something in the future. Bob Lee was quoted in the Eugene Register Guard as wanting to play. I suspect Bob is happy with his Oregon Motor Coach venture.

Got this attached e-mail from CC, thought everyone would want to know.
Did some more research on the Paint Department and found out there is a new business partner and that the business was never sold. They are also going to expand their service to RV owners, doing wood work, flooring, cabinetry, etc.. Because of their location they are Grandfathered when doing paint work. There fore they are not restricted by enviromental issues and can match our Sikken paint formulas and coatings on older coaches using original formulas. Vic Singleton, the original owner, will be at Pamona, Ca. for the the RV rallies in 2011. If you have any concerns you can reach him at 909-590-5033, I'm told.
