Looking for a sattelite person in palm springs area

I was trying to get a satellite receiver working and the wiring and remote are over my head. I had a guy stop by and he didn't have a clue. Does anyone know of someone else in the Coachella valley?

That's who I had out and he was unable to figure out how to connect to the tv. It seems there is a distribution panel. Thanks anyway.
