What is the basis of the Canadian Government's prohibition of certain brands of chairs (drivers/passenger)mounted on a Dynamax 2005 Country Coach Inspire?

Two prospective buyers from Canada have refused to make an offer on our motor home because the manufacturer of the chairs cannot be determined. Who is the manufacturer. What are the chairs made of?
