2004 Integra - CrimeStopper remote alarm system

I have the CrimeStopper CS-2992dc Series 3 Remote control alarm system. Does anyone have this system and have you been able to make it work? I have played with it a bit - always with someone inside since I am not very comfortable with it. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

I have it but don't use it. I've only got one FOB and can't find a replacement. If I lock it with the FOB and then unlock it with a key, I get an alarm that I can't get reset without pulling the fuse on the system.
