Help! Ideas...Our tag axle tire is bald...Out of toe

Getting behind the tire, there is a L shaped bracket on the front side of tire. Both bolts are missing from the bracket and it has spread maybe 1/4 inch compared to the other side. Tire was not a retreat, and didn't peel. Air was and still is 95/97 which is what was set when new. The toe of the tire front to back is off maybe 2" out. We had planned on being here two more weeks, so I have time. Hope to find a tire guy and that can remove the tire, replace then bolts, reset the tracking on the tag and at least get is to a big city? Where we are is lake side at silver lake 40 miles southwest of Lake Tahoe in a camp ground with no cell service. Do have Internet from a friend. Looking for a repair guy out of gardenerville, Carson city, lake Tahoe, Jackson, or even Sacramento if needed. Big logging area, so would think there is such a person/company. Have not looked yet do to weekend, will start calling on Monday. I do have coach net....mike
