Fresh air ducting

Has anyone redirected the fresh air ducting to actually draw air in from the front of their coach. I have looked at it for several years ever since purchasing in 2007 but getting to the unit has always been a challange. In my 2000 Magna, all fresh air is ducted from under the coach. This brings in all kinds of odors like tire and hydronic hose. If I could duct it from the fog light holes ?(since I never use them) and into the a/c unit, it would probably correct this. On a hot day, even driving short distances dries out my throat and sinuses. The outside of the coach smells from tire odor as well. Any ideas?
