Herb, need help

Yahoo Message Number: 98117
Brother-in-law has a 2001 Intrigue and has tries to join the CC forum group without success. He does not use e-mail, so would appreciate a call to help him get signed up. Jim lives in Santa Fe, NM and number is 505-670-7138. Thanks

Does he belong to Yahoo? He will need an email to join Yahoo and you have to be a member of Yahoo to join any of their groups. Do you know what kind of issue he is having?

Yes, I think he has it right...you must first be a registered yahoo user and then you can join a group. Just search Country Coach and the group should appear.

Yahoo will create a mailbox for you. But in you Country-Coach-Owners group profile, select No Mail, instead of Individual or Daily Digest. Then use your browser to check on messages as needed -- frequently if you are expecting an answer to a question.

Up date on Jim . He was able to join the forum and saw the post. Had to shut the computer down to go to a meeting, came back a few hours later and could not log in. Message said he needed to send a e-mail. As stated before, he does not do e-mail. So now I am not sure what to ask.

To join the forum you have to have a free Yahoo account. To do that you have to have an email address. Your friend could get a Yahoo email address then get a Yahoo account then join the forum.
The only way to access the forum is via computer, the email account is not that a big a deal. He does not have to use the email, but he does need to have one.
