Back up camera

Yahoo Message Number: 98383

Hi,

I have a 2006 Allure with a Pioneer AVIC3 Navigation system/back up camera. The coach batteries went dead and the camera went off. I tried to reload the navigation but a reading error appears. I can get the camera to load by itself but the warning "not to use while driving" appears. When I release the brake the screen goes blank. Put the brake on and the camera comes back on. What can I do to keep the back up camera on?

Thanks,

try to find the manual. it tells how to reset the backup camera. This happens all the time with our Pioneer (different model). They are so not user friendly!

AVIC - N3, D3, X3?? I tried to find an online manual but should there be a letter before the 3?

Go into the settings on teh radio and select the correct setting. This is a common issue when the batteries go dead.
