Had a similar type problem on mine... Although I had No water at all on the hot side...
I had water on the cold side. there was a back flow valve on the hot water side that stopped working and would not allow water to flow into my Hydro Hot and such stopped water from exiting the Hydro Hot to the coach. If you are handy at looking and fixing your own coach, you can find these little problems and fix them yourself.
You need to include what year and model your MH is, so us that have a similar type model might be able to help you. Also the area you are at, so maybe some one can suggest a repair person for ya... just a heads up.
