Exactly what I was looking for. I noticed a weird cross cut on the bottom. Didn't want to break the whole thing so any advice on getting it off? Also looking at your picture it doesn't look as I thought it would. I assumed the spring would push the shower guide up into the track. I see some spring on the bottom. Can you provide instructions  for the process? It would be much appreciated.
Don
