LOT FOR SALE NC

We are selling our lot in Mountain Falls Luxury RV Resort located in western North Carolina in Lake Toxaway. If you go to the web site, it is lot #78 overlooking the pool and laundry room.  The price is $129,900. Mountain Falls is becoming the place to go for the summer as the climate is cool.  The club house is brand new up on the ridge and the new ridge lots are selling for $200,000 plus.  The lot we are selling already has a fireplace and outdoor kitchen with a large space for an outdoor table, etc.  Pictures can be emailed by notifying me at donna_keefer@.... Golf cart and some furniture can also be sold to the buyer.

We are selling our 2006 Mini Cooper S Convertible that is ready to go towing. Color RED with black top. It has approximately 65,000 miles, new tires last year, and most service records.
