Interior light problem

Just got back on line & wanted to clarify previous message. I found several of the ground wires loose. Also checked the grounds at the light fixtures, and was I surprised, most of the wires at the connectors (crimp and wirenut) had from 30 to 50 percent of the strands cut off. It may have made it easier for the employee, but it sure did not help the owner.
I reported the problem to CCI and they seem reluctant to replace fixture. Their email gave me the direct extention for the parts dept.
