Trailer Plug

Does anybody happen to have the wiring schematic for the trailer plug to a 2006 CC Inspire. Am suppose to have a charging circuit but can't seem to find the power at the plug. The Ford Edge need a charging circuit to the battery else the battery goes dead. Have an Invisibrake with a charging circuit but it isn't enough to keep the battery charged. Thanks in advance.

Hi Mike,

I had a 05 Inspire and found the attached diagram of a standard 7 way plug. I believe the 12 volt power supply post is what you are looking for.

BTW one to check is if the key needs to be on or in acc, on  our Lincoln Aviator key could not be off.

Hi Mike,

Unless a charging circuit has been added it won't have one. Country Coach didn't have them normally. Had to add one to mine for the same reason.

Mike,

On our 05 CC Inspire our plug did not have a charge wire added from the factory. Had to add one off the starting battery from the coach.

I looked at the wiring diagram that came with our coach and then checked the plug and no accommodation was made for this wire. Not a big problem to add one.
