I called the antenna our "Enterprise Antenna", as it looked like the ship Enterprise:)! It was made in the days of pre all digital. We just had ours replaced with the new Winegard Auto Razr(SP?). It's a one button bush, and it does a full 360 sweep and locks in on the best possible direction for the maximum number of OTA channels. You can also adjust it afterwards, if you wish to move it towards other channels. It is reported to not have quite same range as the manual crank up antennas, say the Sensar IV, but is so far doing well for us.
We also installed the manual crank up Sensar IV, set up A/B to allow me to change over to the manual one if we are in a fringe coverage area. But, I added the crank up mostly to mount a Omni WiFiRange Boost (now called Mobile) antenna. Getting it up off the roof, and then down horizontal with he roof when traveling.
I like the DW friendly Winegard Auto, a bit pricey - but again, is working well for us.
Best of luck,
Smitty
