Low water pressure and flow

I have a gauge on the outdoor faucet, on the coach, that reads 52#, when I turn on the kitchen faucet the pressure drops to 40#. The pressure on the rv park tap reads 72#. Has anyone replaced their built in pressure regulator and seen an increase in pressure and flow? Thanks

I think the inlet water pressure on most stick and brick homes is @45 psi.  That is measured before corrosion, water filters, clogged aerators, and low flow faucets are introduced.

With a pressure regulator our pressure is 80 lbs at home, without 150 lbs.  But then we live on the side of a mountain with a series of 5 water tanks  each 600 ft higher up the grade.  Even when we lived in the eastern lower valley 20 miles from the mountains our pressure was over 70 lbs.  TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731.  PS. the water pressure in the coach is 58 lbs.
