lRemoving and Replacoing the Skin of one of the Storage Doors

I am going to need to replace one of the skins on my coach. Kevin indicated that it should not be to hard. Unfortunately, I have a way of taking a simple job and create a monster. Can anyone give me step by step procedure for removing a damaged skin and replace with a new ?
