Silverleaf Monitor % Jake Bralke disabled at same time

While driving on a rough section of highway, my VMS display suddenly went off. Some miles later, while descending a hill, I noticed that my Jake Brake was not working either. Does anyone know of a fuse that controls both? My manual doesn't show anything like that, and, of course, wires and fuses are buried so tightly in the front run board that they are very hard to see.
