Dash A/C evaporator coil

My dash evaporator coil has sprung a leak and we are unable to find a replacement anywhere! It's a SCS unit PN 041-00150. They are out of business, and made these units custom for Country Coach. I'm told they were not used elsewhere. Even Kevin Waite could not find one!

The old unit has been deemed "Non repairable" by several shops that do that sort of thing. A custom made replacement has been quoted at $2000.00. HUH??? Evidently it's not repairable and so expensive to duplicate because it's 4 rows deep.

Any experts out there with suggestions? Better yet... anybody got one they would sell? *:) happy

They found a new unit form somewhere! $1200 and it will be here Monday. Thanks to all for the suggestions.

Turns out the $1200 for the Evaporator Coil is for a custom built replacement. Nobody anywhere could locate an original. Did not pursue the RV graveyard option.
