Answer Phoine and make calls thru radio I think

In my car I can do everything thru the radio. What kind of radio do I need to purchase to be able to do the same in my 2005 Inspire

In the car I am able to make phone calls, receive calls , send text without holding my phone I just talk outloud thru the radio some how without having to hold my IPhone.

What you want is Bluetooth capability in the radio you  choose.

In my 2005 Inspire I replaced the original In dash Panasonic radio with a Sony MEX-BT3100P model.
It has blue tooth so I can pair my phone to it for hands free operation. I can also pair my blue tooth audio device to it as well. It also has a USB port that will play music directly from any flash drive. Of course it has radio and Sirius radio.
I got it at Walmart for a little more than $100.

Something that is Bluetooth capable and will sync with your phone. Look for one with a external microphone also so people can hear you better. I bought a pioneer unit in december that was only 90 bucks at best buy and it works awesome on Bluetooth
