Hi Kevin!

Reading the CCC forums leads me to believe you are the person to contact for solutions. I have a couple problems with my coach.

The chassis battery does not charge when plugged in to shore power. The green LED on the Echo charger is on and shows steady green. The house batteries stay charged while plugged in. I believe I may have located the problem. In the attached photo there is what appears to be a diode that is broken in half. (I put an enlarged view in the lower right.) There are actually two of these, the other one is to the left of the broken one and still appears to be intact. These attach to posts on a solenoid that wires from the Echo charger attach to. Are these (diodes or whatever they are) available?

Also, I have a problem with the Hurricane heater system. It has been worked on a couple times. Once when we bought the coach but it never worked. Another time when we had the coach at Cummins for an oil change, it worked great for a day and a half and quit again. It's been a while since I tried to use it but as I recall the read-out said the pilot flame was out (or something about an ignition source problem). I didn't mess with it a lot because I didn't want to screw anything up. I believe there may have been an issue with the diesel supply line, as I found a line run underneath the coach from the tank to the heater area (yes, I'm uncomfortable with that as I fear some road debris will compromise it). Anyway, is this something that fits into your expertise area?

We're moving to Creswell, OR soon and could "drop it by" sometime after that for repairs.

I can't answer on you Echo charger issue. But for the Hurricane furnace.

The Dealer for Hurricane is International Thermal Reserch (ITR) They are located in Vancouver Washington.
Phone # 360-993-4677.

Give them a call. They have very good phone tech support.
They also have a shop at thier location and can work on your unit there.
