Winegard Batwing Antenna Leak

I've broken my recent problems into 3 separate issues so they can be addressed individually. Again it has to do with the heavy rains with blowing wind that we have been experiencing in Newfoundland ... reportedly the coldest and wettest summer since the 1920s. Our previous 2 summers here were fantastic! Anyway, during the night and during a heavy and windy rain storm, we awoke to water on the floor directly under the Winegard batwing antenna in the bedroom. On the roof I checked the seal around the base plate of the antenna and it is totally intact. The rubber boots on the wires are intact and in good condition and the only thing that I can't visually check is whatever seal there must be under the rotating portion of the antenna structure. I did spray silicone under there assuming there must be some kind of a rubber seal under there. The antenna was stowed when this leak occurred. Looking for comments and advice and maybe a diagram of how this unit is sealed.

I would check the seal around the adjacent AC unit. It may need to be snugged down.
