Airbag not dumping

hello all I seem to need some suggestions. I have a 40 ft 1998 affinity, upon leaving for the weekend I noticed that my coach was leaning to the driver side. It never would level out. I arrived at my location to hit my auto leveling then I noticed that I did have a problem. I dumped all air bags and noticed my passenger rear bags (2 bags over drive axle) were not deflating. They are just stuck.  So what do I need to look for. My auto leveling is trying to work and airs and levels the best it can, but can't quite level out. What would cause those bags to not work correctly in travel and in leveling mode. Thanks for advice John
