HWH - Leveling Troubleshooting - another one:)!
Yahoo Message Number: 103032
I've got to leave the coach for the next 6-8 hours, or I'd call HWH for assistance.
Not sure what is going on, some because I may have missed a warning light one time, and the second because I've been lifting/lowering the tag a few times in this sequence too.
I've had two times out of the last four, when getting ready to get underway, that the coach did not seem to go into travel mode properly. The control panel light was green, and no warning red HWH light. Dumping air, hitting reset, and then leveling buttons again, seemed to get me into the right ride traveling mode. (Or, it just could have been luck from dumping the air, and looked closer to proper ride height. I did not dump all air out, just enough to have the coach settle some all around.)
The last two times I've gone into a campsite, I've had to lift the tag to make sharp cuts, putting the tag down again when complete. What I did not notice, was if the red HWH dash light stayed on after putting the tag back down. After completing the leveling sequence, the red dash HWH light was still on. This I know for sure.
So, I don't know if I have a sticking/broken ride height valve, or if the tag sensors have a problem, or a confused control panel brain?
Any tips on things to look for to eliminate problems would be appreciated. (I can if needed, manually set ride height and pull the fuse. So do not feel 'stranded' - which is a good thing!
Believe I have the 2000 CAN system, but going off of memory here, could be a 600 series. Believe it is a three ride height valve system, not four.
Best to all,
