Maintenance Timer

I just developed an Excel 2002 spreadsheet with 18 maintenance items for the Allure 2002 coach, Cummins ISC 350 and Allison 3000 transmission, but it should be handy as a starting place for most CC owners. See the file section of this forum for MaintTimer.xls (currently second from the top of the list).

Each line of the spreadsheet contains a maintenace item with the following information:

* ISC User Guide by CC page reference * Chapter number reference
* Maintenance item
* Part numbers needed
* Miles between service
* Months between service

* Mileage at last service of this item (green background) * Date of last service of this item (green background) * Calculated mileage of next service for this item * Calculated date of next service for this item * Possible RED flagged message if beyond either of the above date or mileage.

You just need to enter current mileage, and mileage/date that each item was serviced. Anything out of limits is automatically flagged in RED.

Cells you don't need to change are locked and protected. Use Tools, Protection, unprotect to unlock for customization, otherwise light green cells are the only cells you can change.

I want to add the Quiet Diesel generator when I pick up that manual from my coach. Other suggestions are welcomed.

Finally, I believe we (at least I) have everything in one place.

Herb: Mucho thanks partner. Thats going to save me a LOT of work. Im going to add in the sched for the genset and a single mod I think I need for it to work perfect for my 2000 330 ISC.
