Market Value of a 2005 Allure 470 Quad Slide 37' with Cummins 400.

I am considering the purchase of a 2005 Allure 470, 37'.  It has less then 50,000 miles on it and apparently in very good to excellent condition for age. Due to distance involved have not looked at it in person but am aware that it has the original house batteries, has never had a replacement radiator/air charge cooler and is equipped with the dry PTO.  According to the owner, there is minimal micro-checking of the paint and a very small area of oxidation on one of the slide out trim pieces and has always been stored inside when not in use. (northern climate). I would like some feed back on what this coach might be worth in its present condition for negotiation purposes?  Also, if in fact there is minimal paint checking, is that apt to increase if the coach is stored in a warmer climate in the southeast?  Not many of these  coaches are for sale across the country and I find that NADA values are of limited help. Needless to say, I will be getting a PPI before flying to take a look and am considering an extended warranty.

Be sure to do a complete check of the coach for delimitation. By the time you see that  -little bubble -  the damage to the wood and steel is most likely well under way.
It is imperative that the coach has had regular ongoing inspections and all areas exposed to the elements are resealed as needed.
