Kevin Waite - Repair

Repair Work in Junction City, Or.

After much research to find technicians, I called Kevin Waite to schedule work on my coach.I had a long list of items needing attention. Kevin separated these work items between "house" and "chassis".For the chassis, Kevin referred me to Brian Schack. Brian has a shop just two doors down from Kevin. In addition, I asked both Kevin and Brian to do a "general overall inspection" of the coach. In doing so Brian found the radiator had a major issue which required immediate attention!
Brian replaced my Air Bags, Air Dryer Desiccant Filter, Radiator, coolant hoses, and Charge Air Cooler. He also replaced my coolant filter and hydraulic filters. Brian worked on my Air Conditioner and he adjusted my ride Height Valves. Brian is an incredible technician; I don't think there is anything he can't do! Also, Brian made available for us to remain in our RV while parts were on order and a work was being performed. It was awesome to see the work being performed and I learned a lot!

Kevin performed tension arm adjustment on the Zip Dee awning.

Ordered and replaced Entry Door Handle.

Toilet Leak; Kevin "replaced valve".
Got me a Body and Paint technician to work on front step area where I damaged earlier when I crunched my Kwikee step slide rails. Technician not only repaired and painted my step area but also the electrolysis on the bottom part of my front door. Looks beautiful now!AND I bought spare parts from Kevin for "future days".

There are many choices for RV repair in Junction City and this forum has talked about other repair choices. I wanted to express my complete satisfaction of the work done by both Brian and Kevin.I will return in the future to utilize their services.

Thanks Ed as we all aware how quickly someone comes to complain about services and products. It is great to hear when someone does what they say they will and at a fair price.

Good for you Ed.

Kudos to Kevin & Brian. They have done excellent work for me as well.
And of course Bob Vinson as well.

Great having original CC techs available.
Bob starting on carpet and shades for me.

Ed,

Your description mirrors my experience and we're working on dates right now to have all of them do some additional work before the end of the year. You should see the job Brian did installing a Hydralift motorcycle carrier, beautiful...

Ed,

I completely concur with your accolades for both Kevin Waite and Brian Schack. Both have done extensive work on my coach over the past several years. On one of my previous visits Brian's sharp eye revealed a crack in a frame member at the point of attachment of a rear shock. He welded a heavy steel reinforcement plate to the area. I am certain that this is a fix that will not fail. He did countless other mechanical tasks on the coach and my toad as well. As far as being multi-talented, he actually built and wired his own three bay shop. Overnight stays include 50 Amp power and water if needed. Brian does excellent work and his charges are more than fair. The same goes for Kevin. When they fix something it "stays fixed". I drive many miles out of my way to get to these guys.
I do not use anyone else unless for an emergency. In my opinion they are two of the best in the business.

Mike,

While watching Brian at his workbench using his plasma cutting torch, I noticed a piece of scrap metal approximately 4" square.I picked this metal up and wow... it was REALLY HEAVY!Brian laughed and said he built and installed a Hydralift motorcycle carrier for another customer with "that stuff". Wow, plasma cutting torch, using air and electricity to cut through this ½ inch solid sheet of metal. That customer must have been you!Good to hear your positive experiences as well.

Thanks, Ed

I agree. I spent a few weeks in Junction City in June and in particular Kevin is great in working with extended warranties. Kevin is a go to guy who is really great in working with the coach and Brian  knows all things mechanical-a stand-up guy. I was also put in touch with a body guy who was a former CC paint dept supervisor and made my coach look new again. I am a happy camper!!
