1998 CC Allure For Sale 36' no slide EXCELLENT condition

Hello. I have been a member here for several years. Never use Yahoo (forgot login info) so had to sign up again to post, hope this gets out.

We have a 1998 Allure 36' no slide. I believe I am the second owner. Purchased to take the family on west coast trip. Have since been using for tailgating and the occasional race weekend. Son is a senior so the football tailgating days are numbered and I would like to have the barn space.
55,000 miles

Always stored inside

Paint is excellent, near perfect.

Underneath the coach is just as nice as above. No rust We replaced the carpet. Neutral color, much better than the factory green!! New flat panel TV (2)
Tires are 4 years old.

Replaced rear camera (color) and head unit.
Cummins 8.3. Exhaust brake.

Replaced the ride height valves and several air lines. That was a job, I had the wrong fittings first go around.
Replaced the micro/oven with new.

I added Steer Safe to the front wheels. Cheap insurance if a blowout took place.
I replaced all the surface lighting fixtures. Went from gold finish to a brushed bronze.
Generator has maybe 200 hours on it. We run the unit every time the coach is out.
I have a local truck mechanic who works on our company vehicles do all the maintenance. Oil changes (generator also), lube, slack adjustments on brakes.

Had an oil analysis completed by Polaris Labs. All was good heath.
Had a air dryer failure in Montana, replaced with new unit.
We towed a Jeep so have a Brake Buddy to sell as an option. Would not mind keeping it.
Have all books and maintenance records.
We had a local wrap company add a much needed vinyl design to the exterior. Its a 3M product will last for many years. Tastefully done and makes the coach look much more modern.
Have 3 12 V batteries. Two years old. Standard wet type. One large gel type for starting.
The voltage gauge on the dash goes goofy occasionally. I have a digital one mounted in cig lighter. This should be easy to track down.
Have a subwoofer and amp mounted under the couch for those of you with teens or a rap music problem! Replace the surge device with a new modern unit from Cutler Hammer.
Has two couches that both fold out.
If its not mentioned I did not change or alter it.

She is in great shape, a joy to drive, no overly complicated systems, I would take it anywhere.
