I do not know what year or coach you have, however if you are trying to adjust the ride height manually while driving the answer is no unless you pull the fuse in the hwh control box that places the coach in the proper ride height as determined in your ride height valves. If the fuse is pulled you may adjust the height to squat the bus to any height you want but make sure to install the fuse or level the coach properly before heading out to the highway or any drive to prevent damage to your coach. I know a person who installed a switch at that fuse to quickly squat the coach to park it into a building which otherwise it wouldn't fit and then flip it back on as soon as he pulled out to level the coach to proper ride height before heading on out.

If you are talking about when you are stopped you can dump the air with the HWH leveling system. There is a button on the HWH panel. Unless the site where you are parked is perfectly level it will attempt to level the coach after you dump the air. If you do not want it to level, you can press the "emergency stop" button on the HWH control panel right after you dump the air. You should have a manual on the HWH system. If not you should be able to get one on their website.
