Not sure about your Inspire but my 2007 Allure has headlights from a Lincoln Navigator. If you Google the number embossed on the lens (starts with TYC), you will get plenty of responses.

Don't know about the front, but the rear taillight came off a 2000 Ford pickup. Changed mine to led's

I recently purchased a set from Amazon for a total of $165, although they came from two different vendors...one priced at $90 and the other priced at $75. They do indeed come from a Lincoln.
