HWH Slides or?

Yahoo Message Number: 105686
Our 2004 40' Allure High Cascade 31017, with two drivers slides.

My coach, and the box of manuals and info, is 75 miles away. So I can't go check this myself at this time.

I had a call into HWH Tech Support for trouble shooting advice on an interment problem with the slides. Counting the weekend, 6 days later they got back to me:)! (Know they usually have a few days backlog, and I sure told the nice lady that I was not in an emergency situation, so no complaints on the number of days.)

After a few minutes of conversation, I'm now wondering if I do not have HWH slides in my coach? Know I have it for leveling, as it says so right on the dash gauge:)!

The tech talked about hydraulics lines, and dang if I don't think I remember hearing that my slides were electric. If they are electric, then he said they would not be HWH.

So sheepishly asking if anyone knows if the 04 Allure, ours was built in Sept 2003, have the HWH or another brand of electric slide mechanism.

The gent from HWH, said if they're their slides (Which he kind of though they were, as he talks to CC owners from time to time.), to look under the big slide when it is partially open. He said that I wanted to look for two holes. He said that round vs oval holes would tell him what I was working with. And that one had problems, and they usually recommended they be updated to the other... (Bad phone connection on my end, so was nor real clear on which was which.)

Appreciate if anyone with our era coach can tell me for sue what we have. The HWH gent will call me back today to talk on I hope a better phone connection:)!

(I'll post another thread on my symptoms.)

Best to all,

Smitty
