Tim - Much depends on the specific model of a manufactures tire brands.
For example, Brgidestone has the R250 thru to the R283 series of tires. The devils are in the details, and not all models are available in all sizes. The R283 would provide a significantly more comfortable ride, with much lower rolling resistance, then the R250.
Michelin, and most time manufactures, have the same differences between models.
And also how you use your coach could make a difference too. Some owners are in a very few miles driven per year mode of usage. While others may put on 5K, 7.5K or 10K+ per year. So for a very low miles per year user, a more 'stout' and thus firmer tire like the R250 is not a problem. Someone doing the 10K+ miles per year, may opt to use the R283 for the nice ride and potential of higher MPG.
A site to review on difference in rolling resistance is the Michelin Rolling Resistance site.

All that being said, we just finished a dragged out process of tire selection for our coach. We had OEM 12R' Toyo's when we bought this used coach, 6 years old so I had them replaced as part of the purchase. Went with Michelin XZE*'s for the first set. These are also now replaced due to age, and I elected to change thsize of the tire to the 295/80, and went with Michelin XZA2 Energy tires. Significantly improved ride comfort, and lower noise, and per their rolling resistance comparison - much better for MPG too. Not as 'robust' a tire as the XZE*, so we'll see how they hold up with our usage.
My other tires I considered included the Bridgestone, but only the R250 and R268 were available in the sizes that would fit our coach, and they were not an improvement in ruling resistance over the XZE*'s. I looked at some Continentals, but with the FMCA tire program, the Michelin's came in at about the same price, and had a bit better improvement on rolling resistance. If you have 9" rims, the Hankook AH12 came highly recommended by many sources, and at a much nice price point. I should mention that I also like the BF Goodrich ST230. I had to replace two XZE*'s last year due to pot hole damage during the Michelin tire shortage. The dealer found me to relatively young ST230's, made by Michelin. They were my second choice when I had put on the XZE*'s 6 or so years ago. I put them on the steer, and they were a better ride then the 'robust' XZE*, and they also have better rolling resistance. So these are tires I respect and can recommend. (Still have this two tires now on the Tag position in the 12R size.)
You will find that tires seem to always come down to a topic of what people like, and quite often are regional in flavor of favorites. Just be sure you get tires that are properly load rated for you coach, and sized. Get a four corner weight, and set your PSI per the manufactures PSI charts, with some contingency of say an extra 10%. Then go have some fun...
Best of luck to you on your search,
