Wifi ranger Ellie installation on 2003 intrigue

Has anyone installed this antenna on the existing batwing and used thr existing coax to pull the cat 5 caplet through to the AV cabinet over the passengers seat? If not how did you get the cable through the roof?

I hop in the coach this morning and it won't start. Sound familiar. Well let me start by saying I always lift the grounds of the batteries while the coaches in storage. So I connect the grounds. Turn on the Key see about 12.3 volts so it won't start. I add the house batteries and all I hear is a click. Assuming with all the heat that the chassis battery is on its last legg I use my batteries in my Ram diesel pick up to jump and start the coach. I call all over looking for a new 8D battery, Costco, Sams, Auto Zone Napa Battery Plus Bulbs, zilch, so I call Cummins and they have a battery. I Arrive there during lunch Hour so have to wait. They agree it sounds like a battery and install a new one. Now the voltage gauge shows nothing and the dash warning lights and the head lights don't work. So we check solenoids and circuit breakers, and all seems OK. So they by pass the starting circuit in the coach and it still won't crank over with a new battery or with their 500 amp power supply. So while this is all going on they notice the starter solenoid is buzzing rather than locking in. After that it was quiting time. So tomorrow they are going to pull the Starter, with its bendix and check it out. Can you imagine a starter system pulling enough current preventing the gauge reading above 10 volts, and yet adding the chassis batteries bring full voltage in play but not enough to start the coach. I had called Paul at Les Schwab in oregon and he wanted a test performed on my original battery, guess what it was putting out 1300 amps just like the new batteries. Eric in Tucson, Chris Snyder , Oregon and Dave Remington had their own suggestions, but of course Cummins won't listen to them. I told the Tech manager to call Cummins in Cohburg, if they needed help if it wasn't the starter. They asked why? Well they have techs that have built Country Coaches and have others that have been servicing Country coaches since way back when. Anyone want to throw in a few recommendations????????????? TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731 400 ISL. A friend just lost his starter on his coach with an ISL, and I think he put a HEX on me.

Did they check for an "ignition solenoid" located behind the dash?  It supplies battery power to all the dash instruments, headlights and the chassis controls. There should be 12v on one of the large terminals at all times (if the battery disconnect switch is ON), and 12v on both large terminals only if the ignition switch is ON.  Basically, nothing on the chassis will work if this solenoid or it's control wiring is faulty or has a bad ground. Or if the ignition switch itself is bad.

I cannot explain you lights, but there is a 30 amp blade fuse between the starter and the battery. It should be somewhere in the right rear corner of the engine compartment contained in a rubber waterproof thing.
