Dash HVAC has no power

While driving from N. Minnesota towards Rapid City, SD, the blowers for the vent/AC/heat stopped working. It had done that a couple times over the last few years, but always restarted within a few seconds, but not this time. I thought the fix would be easy to find, but not for me. This system is controlled from the ignition switch, and I do have 12 volt power on wire 83 exiting the fused/breaker panel in the compartment below the driver, but have no 12 volt power to the fan control and the mode selector switch (AC, vent, off, heat, defrost, etc). Nor is there any power to the passenger controls.

The electrical schematics show this power going to the SCS, whatever that means, but obviously it is the control module for the dash air. The wire bundle to these controls goes over the top and behind the panel in front of the drivers feet and down towards the outside of the coach. I checked behind the transmission control panel and there is nothing related there. There is some slack in the cable bundle, but I have not found the associated connectors or relays for this system.  [Mirrors and a trouble light can't take me far enough.] (Note that the vacuum portion of the system works properly.)

We will be in Rapid City tonight and I hope to get under the coach to see if anything is in that area, and then will try to take the panels off alongside and in front of the drivers seat, but it doesn't appear easy. I'm hoping someone on this forum knows where they hid the SCS module and related connectors before we get to our destination tonight and save me a lot of searching tonight and tomorrow.

When that occurred on my old rig, a tube had fallen out of a "vacuum ?" plastic ball behind the passenger side lower dash.

Plugged it back in and the flow resumed.
