I fixed it. It was very simple. The window blind is a tube, and inside the tube on the idler end of blind is a rotating axle, but it had been pushed too far in. I just pulled it out a little with some needle nose pliers, and it holds and works like a champ again. I also discovered how to set the limit switches on motor with the two little black and yellow buttons (press with small screwdriver to adjust). Also those buttons must be facing down when you reinstall blind to get the proper orientation and then it is quiet. The motor end axle does not rotate, and it needs to be placed in the hanging bracket horizontally to get the blind orientation right. It is really a pretty slick system once you play with it a little.
I did find in my research, the blind is made by Hunter Douglas (thanks to Debbie), and it is driven by a Somfy motor. Both service departments were very helpful. The problem is, there are hundreds of HD blinds, so to find the correct diagram or part is very challenging. It is easier to just fix what ever is broken yourself than try to find the right part.
Now on to the next project!
