HWH, front switch not running the pump.

Yahoo Message Number: 108668
Hi all,

I have a 2003 allure with 3 slides. 2 in front, 1 in back bedroom. I had a problem a few months ago. I replaced the switch and it worked good. Now here is what it is doing.
When I I slide the 2 front slides it was running the pump, but not coincident, I would hear the pump go on and off but had enough juice to keep presser in hydro lines do get the job done.
The way the front slide are set up, you have a switch that designates between galley, and living (left slide, to right slide), with the switched place to left or right, slide I have one switch that is label retract and extract. That switch in extract or retract will run the pump, and send dc current to the retract, or extract solenoid. which allows hydro fluid to extract or retract the slide The switch is sending dc current to the solenoid, because if I run the back and build presser in the system, then run up front and hit the switch, I can extract or retract the slide with out pump. Very slow and I have to do it a few times. for some reason the front switch is not running the pump it keep presser flowing. HWH is way behind, waiting a week and they still have not called back... I guess there is a power solenoid that will send dc current to the pump form the front switch..

Anything guys and gals ?

What do you do when your Royal Flush toilet won't flush. You pull up the toilet and clean the actuator valve and connecting lines from the water control solenoid. What do you do when the unit won't stop flushing? Repeat the first step and then disassembled the the control solenoid and remove the diaphragm. Then looking carefully you will find a very small hole in the diaphragm. If its clogged the toilet will continue to flush and not shut off. Clean out the whole reassemble and the toilet should now work perfectly. You may want to adjust the rim/fill valve in the back of the toilet to adjust the rim water flow to clean the sides and fill the bowl to help prevent any sewer gas. Vern formally with OMC and now with Winniebego Country Coach was a great help, And thanks to Jim Cooley of OMC steering me to Vern. He was originally in charge of team #1 at the old CC Service center. TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731.

HWH still had not called. So I went in, The problem was, the wire from the printed circuit board (low battery so call brain) to the battery had come loose. I am getting some hopping going on in the front. (Shocks I think) Must have made it come loose.. Hate that board (LoL), again that is a country coach add on. not from HWH.

Hope this might help someone down the line.
